Project Scope: Complete EPC Solution

Fieldman Solution successfully provided a complete Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) solution for a 100 KLPD (Kilo Litres Per Day) Distillery Unit for Pak Ethanol.

The project involved comprehensive engineering and execution support covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural fabrication, equipment installation, and plant automation. 65 m³/h Biogas Plant — Ethanol Plant

Project Scope: Complete EPC Solution

Fieldman Solution successfully executed a complete Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) solution for a 65 m³/h Biogas Plant utilizing waste/effluent generated from the outlet of an ethanol plant.

The project involved the integration of the biogas generation system with the existing ethanol plant, including process engineering, mechanical systems, piping, electrical power distribution, instrumentation, automation, and complete plant installation and commissioning.

Project Scope: Complete EPC Solution

Fieldman Solution successfully executed a complete Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) solution for a Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) project at Dadu Energy, Dadu.

The project involved the utilization of waste heat from the existing process/generation system to produce useful steam, improving overall plant energy efficiency and reducing thermal energy losses. Project Scope: Material Sourcing & Supply

Fieldman Solution sourced and supplied alloy and specialized piping materials for a client’s process piping requirements, managing procurement, quality inspection and export packing through to delivery.

Our procurement team coordinated with certified mills and fabricators to secure ASTM-grade alloy steel pipe and fittings, with each batch inspected and documented before being packed for shipment.

Featured Project 06 — Shutdown Maintenance & Installation

Flare Tip Maintenance & Cooling Tower Installation — EPRF

Project Scope: Shutdown Maintenance & Installation

Fieldman Solution carried out a flare tip maintenance job during a planned shutdown at EPRF, alongside the installation of a new cooling tower complete with a cast concrete basin.

The two work-fronts were coordinated within the same site mobilisation — flare tip inspection and repair during the shutdown window, and cooling tower erection with its supporting concrete basin executed in parallel.
