Civil & Structural Works
Machine foundations, RCC structures, industrial flooring, drainage and site infrastructure — set out accurately and poured to specification.

From machine foundations to megawatt solar structures, FieldMan builds the civil, mechanical, electrical and piping infrastructure that keeps Pakistan’s industry running — safely, on programme and to specification.

FieldMan was founded by engineers who spent their careers on plant floors, rooftops and shutdown windows — not behind desks. That is why our proposals account for access, sequencing and live production from the first drawing, and why our crews finish what the programme says they will finish.
We work as a single-source contractor across five disciplines, which removes the coordination gaps that cost industrial clients the most time: the handover between the civil team and the mechanical team, between the structure and the cabling, between fabrication and erection.
Every scope below is delivered by FieldMan’s own supervisors and crews — so the responsibility for quality, safety and programme never moves off our desk.

Explore serviceAnyone can mobilise. What separates contractors is punch-list closure, documentation and the willingness to stay until commissioning is genuinely complete.
One contract and one accountable team across civil, mechanical, electrical and solar scopes — no gaps between trades to manage.
Our own design desk produces structural calculations, GA drawings and BOQs, so site decisions are made quickly and correctly.
Documented JSAs, toolbox talks, inspected scaffolding and full PPE on every site. HSE is a condition of work, never an add-on.
Shop fabrication under controlled conditions shortens site time, improves weld quality and keeps your plant running.

Industrial work is won or lost on sequencing. Here is how a FieldMan project runs from first call to final handover.
We visit your site, record as-built conditions and understand the production constraints we have to work around.
Structural calculations, GA drawings and a detailed BOQ — issued with a firm price and a dated programme.
Method statements, job safety analyses, materials and crews on site — with daily progress and HSE reporting.
Inspection, load and hydro testing, punch-list closure, as-built drawings and a documented handover pack.
“FieldMan completed our rooftop structure inside a two-week shutdown window without a single stoppage to production. The setting-out was accurate and the documentation was ready on the day of handover.”
“We have used FieldMan for three separate mechanical packages. The welders are properly qualified, the supervision is present on site, and the punch list is genuinely closed before they demobilise.”
“Their electrical team commissioned our substation and inverter station ahead of schedule. Clear cable schedules, clean terminations and a full test pack — exactly what we needed for our energisation approval.”

Send us the scope — or just the constraints. We will visit the site, take our own measurements and come back with a costed, buildable proposal.
